RESEARCH AND DEVELOPMENT
The concept was developed from reading, watching, and analyzing topics about Indonesia, literacy, library, and books. This concept is actually inspired by Ted Talk of Rory Sutherland, “Perspective is everything” talking about the importance of context and why do people hate an economic driven solution. Based on this theory, technology, psychology, and economics traits are taken into account.
How does Sebuku taking advantage of to those three traits? Sebuku took an advantage of technology by using internet and tracking devices as part to solve a problem. In psychology aspect, Sebuku is a transparent end-to-end system that gives a full look at the donation process, to build and keeping trust between the user and the receiver. In economic side, Sebuku’s donation method is actually free of charges, such as dropbox and door-to-door service.
